Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) of receiving the order confirmation.

  • This processing time is in addition to the carrier's transit time.
  • We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, often sooner than 3 business days.

Domestic Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within the United States. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Mail: 2-5 business days. Price calculated at checkout.
  • Priority Mail: 2-3 business days. Price calculated at checkout.

Please Note

  • Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
  • We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We can only fulfill orders shipped to addresses within the United States.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We take great care in packaging your items. However, once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier, its delivery is outside of our control.

  • Priority Mail Insurance: Shipments sent via Priority Mail are automatically insured by the carrier up to $200 in value.
  • Customer Responsibility for Claims: In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier to recover costs. We are happy to provide any documentation needed to assist you with the claims process.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
