Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product or it broke for any reason, please send an email to BAMprecision1@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request"
Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days after delivery. Depending on the reason for returning a product, requesting a refund/cancellation, or swapping items on an order, a restocking fee may apply. Here are a few examples:
- Incorrect item ordered (if you have questions, please email me before ordering)
- Damage due to improper installation (will require photo/video)
- Swapping items for others after the order has shipped
If a tracking number has been created, the label has been paid for and the shipping cost will not be refunded. If returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping.
If the tracking shows delivered, the order is considered delivered. If you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier and email me. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and I have to ship the item out again, you are responsible for the cost to ship again.
